SECTION 2 – SCOPE & SUBJECT MATTER
Our General Terms and Conditions (“GTC” for short) apply to all orders through our shop www.ev-doc.de and regulate the resulting business relationship between the customer (hereinafter: "you") and EV-DOC (hereinafter: "We"). Only the current version at the time of the order is valid. You can at any time https://ev-doc.de/policies/terms-of-service can be viewed in German.

SECTION 3 - CONCLUSION
the on EV-DOC The products offered do not constitute a binding offer. Rather, our shop is to be understood as a digital catalogue. You can select products from our range and use the shopping cart button "Add to Cart' in a so-called ordering system shopping basket. You only make a binding contract offer to us when you place the order. This is done by clicking on "Buy now“ clicks. The conditions displayed when placing the order apply. We will then send you an order confirmation by e-mail, with which the purchase contract is concluded.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, SHIPPING, PAYMENT, RESERVATION OF TITLE
The price shown on all up EV-DOC The products offered and their packaging include the current statutory value-added tax.
Only shipping costs are additional. These can either be under Shipment viewed or calculated directly in the shopping cart based on the products and the respective delivery address. It should be noted that any import duties that may arise in your country are not controlled or levied by us and are therefore not included in the shipping costs.
You can choose between the following payment methods:

• Apple Pay, Google Pay,
• PayPal,
• Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay),
• Klarna instant transfer, eps transfer, Bancontact, iDEAL.

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY
After we have accepted the order, the goods you have ordered will be sent immediately to the delivery address you have specified.
If we are not able to ship your order due to the fault of a third party, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and reimburse you for all the services you have provided.
The same applies to unforeseeable events such as natural disasters.

SECTION 6 - DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
Our goods are delivered by parcel service providers. If you notice externally visible damage to the packaging when the shipment is handed over, you can have this documented directly with the help of the delivery person. Alternatively, you can also refuse acceptance, whereupon the shipment will be returned to us. In any case, we expressly ask you to inform us immediately about possible damage so that we can support you as quickly as possible and assert any claims with the parcel service provider.
Please note that the above provisions do not limit your statutory rights, but are a request on our part to make it easier for us to deal with damage caused in transit.

SECTION 7 – WARRANTY, GUARANTEE, INSTALLATION NOTICE
for the on EV DOC The products offered are covered by the statutory warranty of 2 years.
In the event of obvious defects, we ask that you notify us in writing immediately after receipt of the goods so that we can react as quickly as possible.
If there is a warranty case, you have the choice between repairing the product or a replacement delivery. However, should any of these options incur disproportionately high costs, we reserve the right to remove them. We will inform you about this in a timely manner.
A guarantee exists for the goods delivered by us only if this was expressly given in the item description for the respective item.
We would like to point out that the installation of car parts and accessories must be carried out professionally. It is done by EV-DOC no consulting service, so that you are responsible for ordering the right part for your vehicle in order to avoid expiring the operating permit. Vehicles may not be driven and used within the scope of the StVZO without an operating license or approval according to the StVZO.

SECTION 8 - LIABILITY
Statutory liability law applies.

SECTION 9 - REQUIREMENTS
At EV DOC we treat all orders with the utmost care. Nevertheless, in individual cases, incorrect deliveries may occur. Therefore, you are obliged to compare the spare parts supplied by us with the original part in terms of part number, dimensions and/or connections before installation. If you have any doubts about the accuracy of fit, please contact us before installation. This is the only way we can check whether the spare part you have purchased is a perfect fit.
Your statutory warranty claims remain unaffected.

SECTION 10 - CONSUMER ARBITRATION
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (short: OS). You can find them here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We do not take part in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

SECTION 11 - PRIVACY
We process your personal data for a specific purpose and in accordance with the legal provisions of the GDPR and the BDSG.

SECTION 12 – APPLICABLE COURT, CONTRACT TEXT & JURISDICTION
German law applies to this contract, excluding the UN Sales Convention. For you, however, this choice only applies if general conditions in the area of buyer protection in the country in which you have your main residence are not violated.
We do not save the text of the contract. However, you can view and print out our terms and conditions at any time in our web shop.
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes in connection with this contract is Berlin, insofar as you act as an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code.
