What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all payment methods commonly used in the EU, including PayPal, credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna, as well as country-specific instant transfers. Upon request, we also create manual orders for prepayment.

What are the return conditions?

We offer a 30-day return period for all our products (except car care products). We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged replacement parts or errors in the compatibility list.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as we have not yet shipped it (usually within 24-48 hours). If you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately.

What e-car parts do you offer?

We stock a small but fine range of high-quality spare parts, including cabin filters, windscreen wipers, sensors, charging cables and diagnostic devices.

How do I know if a part is compatible with my electric car?

Each listed part includes detailed specifications and a compatibility list that is continuously updated. If you are unsure, we are happy to help.

Can I return an part if it doesn't fit?

Yes, we offer returns for parts that are unused and in their original condition. If there is incorrect information in the compatibility list, we will cover the return shipping costs. For more information, please see our return policy.

How do I install my new spare part?

Installation manuals can be found as a download (PDF) on the product pages, as well as in our maintenance guide. YouTube installation videos are also linked there.

How do I find the spare part I need?

You can search our shop by part name, vehicle make and model, or category. If you are still unsure, please contact us for assistance.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

We offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on electrical parts such as charging cables and sensors. Wear parts such as windscreen wipers and cabin filters are not covered by warranty (as is standard practice in the market).

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time varies depending on your location, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You can see the estimated delivery time during the checkout process.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship throughout the EU and to Norway (including customs clearance). However, we do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, as right-hand drive vehicles sometimes require different spare parts.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we prepare your order for shipping, you will receive an automatic email with a DHL tracking link. You can also find the tracking information in your account on the order overview page.

Our Vision

What led to the founding of EV-DOC?

When we bought our Hyundai IONIQ in 2019 and wanted to upgrade it with an activated carbon filter, we realised that combustion engine-based "legacy" car parts shops are complicated to use and that conventional brands hardly focus on environmental awareness. It was clear to us then: the drive revolution must also find its way into the spare parts market!

What is EV-DOC's mission?

Our mission is simple: we want to make the maintenance and care of your electric car as accessible and environmentally friendly as possible – so that you are always safe on the road and can enjoy pure driving pleasure in the long term.

What makes EV-DOC stand out?

We may be a small family business, but unlike other brands, we really care: we lovingly hand-wrap our spare parts in grass paper, transport our products entirely by electric rail freight, and plant one tree for every product sold.

Team & Culture

Who runs EV-DOC?

We are a genuine family business based in Berlin. The founder & managing director is Tobias, who came up with the idea and does most of the operational work himself. Family and friends provide support in various areas.

How does EV-DOC guarantee the quality of its parts?

Thanks to our many years of experience in the automotive parts industry, we can draw on an established network of manufacturers who are certified according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Our aim is not to sell wear parts as often as possible, but as rarely as possible.
